TS Nirman Group, today has became one stop solution for the construction work. Over the decades, company has transformed from a petty contractor to a company which has worked on numerous projects in more than 10 cities.
TS Nirman Group has a uniquely diverse multi-domain portfolio that covers property construction, architectural work, interior and renovation work, property management services and hospitality. The group has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in design and builds solutions, project management services, building trades and related engineering works.
Today, TS Nirman takes on the role of main contractor for medium to big size projects and performs project management services to coordinates specialist trades for government and private clients. Our honest approach and sincerity towards the needs of our customers have earned us wide recognition making us a well known brand.
About Us
OUR LEGACY
Late Mr Mohd Ghani started as a petty contractor during the time of Independence . He use to take irrigation contracts and was very well known for his honesty and hard work.
- Abdul Ghani Contractor (1953-1968)
Late Mohd Rafiq carrying forward the legacy started working government as well as private contractor in Lucknow. He was the part of some of the landmark projects which Lucknow saw during its establishment period. Some projects include: Government Hospital(Chacha Bacha Kendra: 1974-75), Nilgiri complex( AWAS VIKAS-1982), HIG-MIG Colony( AWAS VIKAS-INDRA NAGAR: 1984-85) etc.
- Mohd Rafiq Contractor (1967-1995)
Mr Mohd Toufiq, Serving with dedicated engineering professionals have established a strong stamp in the construction & real estate industry. Mr Toufiq founded TS Nirman Group and Gemtech Developers to make contracting and real estate work go hand in hand and have successfully completed numerous projects.
